Rental rules
1. No refunds, no reservations, no transfers, no sublets.
To be notified as rentals become available, simply touch any of the rental boxes, select "Notify me" and then select "All".
Please note that teleporting to the url in the notification message takes you to the landing point. Follow your beacon to get to the actual rental.
2. A maximum of one residential & one business unit per player.
3. Available business units must be applied for and approved.
4. Prims may only be rezzed on your property. Prim limits enforced.
For your most up-to-date prim count, click on the rental box and use "Update prims". If renting multiple properties, prim limits (and usage) add up. Your combined limit is available under "Land Impact". Your latest combined count is available under "Update prims".
5. No signs, flags or other elements that significantly alter the street facing view of your property.
6. Vehicles may be rezzed within rental prim limits.
- Ensure you are renting the right property BEFORE you rent.
- Housing is first come first serve. We cannot hold a property for you or transfer your rental to someone else.

- SIM owned businesses are not available for rent and do not count towards this limit.

- Available units are also marked with a "For Rent" sign but the rental box is locked.
- Businesses must be applied for before being unlocked. Application can be found here.

- Prims rezzed on someone else's property must be approved by the property owner.
- Prims rezzed elsewhere on SIM must be admin approved.
- If sharing a house, please add everyone needing rez permissions as co-tenants.
- Temporary props and vehicles do count towards your prim usage.

- Please do not significantly alter the street facing view of your property.
- No signs, flags, banners, posters etc without prior admin approval.
- Hovertext enabled items are not allowed as they are visible from the street and adjacent properties.
6. Vehicles may be rezzed within rental prim limits.
- Only ground vehicles like cars, trucks and bikes are allowed.
- Please disable hovertext and sound effects on parked vehicles.
- You are encouraged to pick up your vehicle when not in use to help with SIM resources.
