SIM Rules
1. All roleplayers, avatars and characters MUST be over 18 years of age.
2. Only human avatars dressed in Urban clothing allowed on SIM. No meters / titlers.
3. Extended AFK / OOC Activity restricted to private rentals only.
Due to shortage of rentals on SIM, you may AFK at the Dew Drop Inn as long as there are rooms to spare for Role-play purposes.
4. No advertisement or sale of goods and services involving Linden Dollars.
5. Excessive use of scripted items will be considered griefing.
6. No props, fires or other temporary prims without renter / admin approval.
- You must be 18+ or the age of legal majority where you reside (Whichever is higher).
- Your avatar must appear 18+.
- Any character whose actions you role-play must be 18+. This includes NPCs.

- No furries, vampires, werewolves, animals or other non-human characters.
- No medieval, gorean, sci-fi or other non-urban clothing.
- No meters, titlers or other attachments with hover text. Please use display name.
3. Extended AFK / OOC Activity restricted to private rentals only.
- AFK status, post order and other communication relevant to EVERYONE in chat range may be posted within (( )).
- No other OOC chatter in local chat while on SIM. Use Personal IMs, Conferences or OOC Group instead.
- You may park your avatar for more than 15 minutes in private rentals only.
- OOC activities disrupting roleplay in progress will be considered griefing.

4. No advertisement or sale of goods and services involving Linden Dollars.
- Transactions in Roleplay are purely fictional and never involve real money.
- If renting on SIM, Lindens must be paid directly to the rental box in question.
- Donations are encouraged and can be paid directly to the donation box at the Landing zone.
- NO Linden transactions except for the above allowed on SIM.
5. Excessive use of scripted items will be considered griefing.
- You are responsible for scripts rezzed by / attached to your avatar.
- You might be asked to lower your scripts if your avatar causes undue strain on SIM resources.
- No scripted pets & babies (Zooby etc.)
6. No props, fires or other temporary prims without renter / admin approval.
- Prims rezzed in rentals must be with the consent of the person renting the home / business.
- Prims rezzed elsewhere on SIM (Streets, SIM owned businesses etc) must be cleared by an admin.
- Fires, floods and other damaging events must ALWAYS be approved by an admin.
- Temporary prims MUST be cleared in less than 72 hours.
