We are extremely pleased that you wish to take a more active role in the day to day activities at Asphyxiation Point. Unfortunately we often receive multiple applications for the same property thus necessitating this application.

Please note that SIM Owned Businesses come with the following strings attached :

You must be an Asphyxiation Point citizen. If you haven't applied yet, please do so now.
You have been active in roleplay for at least two weeks prior to submitting this application.
You are expected to take proactive steps to promote the amount of RP at your business.
Anyone applying for the business is automatically hired as a trainee.
You are expected to engage and guide these trainees to the best of your abilities.
You may not rename the business. They are already set in stone.
You may not rez prims in a SIM owned space (Exception : Temporary props for events).

Lastly, management of SIM owned business may be handed to the next deserving candidate if you are no longer able to put in time / engage other roleplayers. For additional details, please review the Leading a business guide.
