Asphyxiation Police were called to a bewildering scene on Thursday at the AP Piers. Law enforcement arrived to find one woman mortally wounded and another being stabbed by what appeared to be Santa Clause.
APPD Chief DeSanta and probationary officer Comstock responded to a radio call for help from Zoe Clements, a civilian who works for the Police. They found a man, described in the official police report as being overweight, unclean and wearing a Santa suit who was bent over Ms Clements, stabbing her. A woman identified as Jenny Johanson was also stabbed and later pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics according to the police report. The alleged assailant refused to put down his weapon as instructed by authorities and the officers on scene opened fire. Subsequently, the suspect was tasered and shot twice before being subdued says the police. Once the man was subdued he and Ms Clements were transported to Asphyxiation Point Hospital where they were treated for their injuries. In the course of that story we reported Alex Rustic's side of what happened. Mrs Rustic had filed charges against Mr. McCaw claiming that he had kidnapped, raped and extorted her into skimming money from various accounts at the AP Savings and Loan that she owns. Now, in an effort to make his side of the story known after being acquitted of these charges, Stubby McCaw has come forward and tells his version of events.
According to Stubby he and Alex Rustic were having an affair. Mr. McCaw then claims that she wanted to move the relationship to something more than physical. At this point he states he ended the relationship and it was just a short while later that the APPD was at his door to arrest him. "If I remember it right she accused me of threatening her family" he said. "I'm her husband's partner. We get along fairly well and she said I threatened her daughter. The same daughter that I took for a ride around town on me bike," he told the Times. McCaw is part owner of the Port Hole strip club with Duke Togo-Rustic, husband of Alex Rustic. Mr. McCaw was able to produce a document from the AP Police. This document shows that Mrs. Rustic initially told the police that someone she identified as 'My Lord' had kidnapped and raped her. She later returned to the police and changed her statement to say it was Stubby McCaw and also laid blame on him for skimming money from accounts at the AP Savings and Loan. "So apparently she was lying, but all of a sudden decided to tell the truth?" he questioned and went on to say "she needs help mate, I feel sorry for her honestly" The AP Times was able to verify the content of the document, an arrest warrant issued by the APPD. "I'm not a lawyer or a cop. I don't know why she tried to put that on me." he said of the accusations "All I know it wasn't me. All I know is, all her accusations were proven false, and those charges were dismissed." Stubby McCaw doesn't claim to be an innocent man, nor does he want to be viewed as a victim. The story he told the times was simply so his side of events were known. "I'm no angel. I done things wrong. I cheated on my beautiful wife. I like sex you see, but I'm getting help and my wife is sticking by me. She's my inspiration, if she can forgive me, well then I can forgive myself " McCaw told the Times. Reported by Pen Dragon In an article from the Times that was printed on August 2nd, called 'Alex Rustic Speaks,' the Asphyxiation Times printed information that was incorrect.
In the article Ms. Rustic was discussing restitutions to the patrons of the AP Savings & Loan after funds were misappropriated. The original story stated that the amount to be repaid to customers was 100 thousand dollars, when in fact the correct amount was to be 100 dollars. The Times received a call from Ms. Rustic who stated that she misspoke in regards to the amount of funds to be posted to the effected accounts and asked a correction be printed. -Pen Dragon ARIES (March 21-April 19): You'll be in the mood to enjoy yourself. With a delightful blend of energies, it would be worth your while to make the most of any available opportunities. As Venus continues retrograde, a romantic notion could feel right but may not be smooth sailing for a while. Despite the fun, Mercury's move into Virgo suggests it's time to knuckle down and proceed with plans that have been on the back burner. Tweaking diet and health routines can also be rewarding.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20): This week's blend of energies encourages you to get your house in order, literally and figuratively. Get busy with important DIY projects and handle any family disputes wisely. Entertaining could be a lot of fun, despite one or two obstacles to contend with. The focus then shifts to fun opportunities. There's no need to look far for excitement - you can find it in your neighborhood. Consider a new restaurant or other venue for a fun evening or day out. GEMINI (May 21-June 20): Warm, tender feelings are enlivened this week, encouraging you to reach out to friends or family you haven't seen or heard from in a while. It's also an opportunity to meet with neighbors or support charity or other events in your locale. Although you could encounter a few delays, an optimistic outlook can make all the difference. On another note, Mercury's move into Virgo could see you planning ahead regarding a few changes you would like to make at home. CANCER (June 21-July 22): Finances get a boost this week, but not before you've had to scramble to tackle a few problems. Delays to money coming in or going out might cause frustration, but it's nothing you can't resolve. As Mars hikes into this sector of your chart from Saturday, you'll be motivated to explore new ways to earn extra cash and boost your income. Thoughts of taking up a course of study could leave you quite excited at the possibilities that lie ahead. LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): The week starts pleasantly, as friends and associates are likely to be in touch. Enjoy the company of a special partner or love interest - the opportunities for romance are yours for the taking. Venus continues retrograde, so try not to have too many expectations about the future. It's best to go with the flow for now if possible. Although responsibilities at home could stand in the way of personal fulfillment, you'll be firing on all cylinders by the weekend. VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): The focus on your spiritual sector could encourage you to go on a short retreat to relax and recharge. If you can spare an hour or two for a massage or beauty treatment, you could find it very soothing and healing. It's time for you to be pampered and nurtured with a little tender, loving care. Mercury heads into your sign on Friday, enhancing your communication skills and encouraging you to get involved in projects that are personally fulfilling. LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): Friends are in touch and want to have fun. Romantic opportunities abound, but it's best to go with the flow rather than make any firm commitments. The more willing you can be to network and interact, the more options you'll have to take life to new, exciting levels. Mars zips into Leo on August 8, so you could be in the mood to organize events. You may even be slightly competitive when it comes to a love interest or impressing others. SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): Even if you're uncertain about being in the spotlight, you can make great strides by taking advantage of this opportunity. Don't refrain from advertising your goods and services - you'll benefit greatly by doing so. Meanwhile, avoid being too pushy, as this could work against you. Your social life picks up later in the week, encouraging you to get in touch with friends you haven't seen in a while. Joining a health or sports club could be very rewarding. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): Travel and educational pursuits could hold a lot of appeal, particularly if you're itching to expand your horizons. It's a good time to let your curiosity lead you to new and exciting adventures. You may have a few doubts to contend with, too, causing you to hold back when in your heart you know it's time to move out of your comfort zone. The words of a wise friend might be helpful here, inspiring you to try despite your fears. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): Work and finances may be on your mind, as well as progress. However, if you listen to friends or supposed experts, you may wonder if you're doing the right thing. It's best to go with your gut and follow through. Things could work out even better than expected. Go easy if you're playing with really large amounts of money, as retrograde Venus can cause unanticipated delays and reversals. Keep paperwork and receipts in case you need them further down the line. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Partnerships and relationships could keep you busy. There are plenty of options for an upbeat social life, although it helps to tread with care when it comes to romance. As Venus continues retrograde, this isn't the best time to make big decisions or commit. Try to go with the flow for now. As Mercury heads into Virgo, it's time to plan for your financial future. If you've experienced a few delays recently, a sound strategy could be just what you need. PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): Work and lifestyle issues continue to keep you busy this week, particularly if you've recently taken up a new sport or decided to get fit and lose a few pounds. It helps to persevere, even though you might find this difficult in the weeks ahead. If you get off to a good start, you'll be likelier to reach your goals. Mercury's presence in Virgo can encourage a connection with someone who has some good advice for you. Asphyxation Point welcomed it's newest upscale store in grand style with a soiree thrown for Phyxation Boutique. The boutique is owned by Candice Cain. Phyxation is a multifaceted enterprise.
"What I have done actually is opened a Fashion Company where the boutique is one part of it. The other part is the events company and the plan is to host a series of fun and fashionable events. I mean who doesn't love a good party?" Ms. Cain would explain to the AP Times. The boutique, located at 4th and 7th street in up town, will offer clothing by top designers from Milan, L.A. and Manhattan. While most of the couture will be made to order, Ms. Cain says that there will be clothing available for off the rack purchase as well. On the events side of the company she says that they plan to coordinate major events in Asphyxiation Point that will range from fashion shows to themed parties. The formal event, which was catered by Fredrick's restaurant, was a huge success with many prominent members of AP society on hand. A live DJ played well into the night as everyone sipped champagne, danced and mingled. Candice Cain is relatively new to AP, having only moved here a few months ago. "I came across an article that I was editing, it was a special on unique small towns and Asphyxiation Point was featured on it. When I decided to make my move out of the city, out of Manhattan, I decided to check it out. I fell in love with the place and its people and decided to stay." Ms Cain told the Times. She would go on to explain that Phyxation is willing to work with other local businesses to help host large events on the island. Phyxation is also still hiring according to Ms Cain and is looking for models, talent coordinators and event managers. If interested you can apply by contacting Ms. Cain.
