AP police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery at Skin Deep Tattoo and Piercings. This is the second in a series of robberies by two assailants.

At around 7:30PM on Thursday 22nd September, police were called to the scene of an armed robbery at Skin Deep Tattoo and Piercings. Aerilin Jones, the secretary, was alone in the shop doing paperwork when the two assailants burst in through the front door, breaking the glass. Miss Jones reported that the man smashed a wrench into the register before demanding all the money from it, while the woman treated Miss Jones with a gun. Frightened, Miss Jones handed the money over and the robbers made a quick exit out the back after the man destroyed the piercings case. No one was hurt.

Police are looking for one man and one woman, who are also responsible for the robbery on Nacho Mama’s. The man is described as tall and thin, being around 6ft8”, wearing black clothing and a paper bag with “Unicorn” written on it. His accomplice, a woman, is armed with a gun, and has been seen in both a ski mask and a paper bag with “Lemon” written on it. The woman is dressed in knee high boots with a skirt and shirt, again all black.

Police Captain Jay Biafra assures the public that the police are doing as much as possible. Speaking to The Times, Captain Biafra insisted that the police are working hard on patrolling regularly in an effort to find the two individuals. He urges that if anyone has any information, they should take caution and “not attempt to approach or apprehend” the suspects but call 911 immediately.

AP police officers arrested suspect Lyssandra Ritter today in the Red Light District of Asphyxiation Point after an exchange of gunfire and a raid on the Lair Productions Studio and the local favorite Red Room.  

Lyssandra Ritter was arrested and charged with Domestic Terrorism, Aggravated Sexual Assault, Kidnapping, Gang Assault and Conspiracy in the attack on the District Attorney Vivian Lowe.  The District Attorney was unavailable for a comment but the AP Police Chief Jay Biafra says DA Vivian Lowe named Ms. Ritter as her assailant.  Chief Biafra went on to say that Ms. Ritter allegedly attacked DA Lowe in an attempt to get her wife's charges dismissed.  DA Lowe was reported to be raped and severely beaten during the kidnapping.

The scene on the streets during the arrest was chaotic as a member of the APPD took down Ms. Ritter with gunfire from the rooftops.  Before Ms. Ritter was hauled off with an injury to her leg she expressed her anger at what to her was misconduct and injustice by saying "This is how the imperial Stormtroopers treat us!"  

It's unclear if Mr. Ritter was referring to "us" as the community of Asphyxiation Point as a whole or was making a political statement on behalf of the nearly naked that can be found in the Red Light District of AP at any hour of the day.  The Red Light District is an area that is usually void of any police presence and it will be interesting to see if the APPD will continue to crack down on activities that take place in the seedy neighborhood or if this is just a one time event spurred on by the attack of the DA.  During the arrest, APPD Chief Biafra stated, "We are a pack, we work together and bite the heads off rabid snakes"  This raises the question: Does the APPD only come to action when their own is victimized?  Should citizens of Asphyxiation Point be concerned that the APPD has taken to firing shots from the roof tops like vigilantes and proclaiming "alleged" perpetrators as terrorist before a trial?  

Lyssandra Ritter is reported to be in good condition with non life threatening wounds that were treated upon her intake at the APPD.  Any requests to speak with the officer that fire at the scene was denied but Chief Biafra assured the Times that "My crew are well trained in firearms, and as much as we are trained to use them we do resist using firearms as much as safely possible."
