[NEWS] Timgar Trial Begins

​This afternoon the trial of Marie Timgar began at the Asphyxiation Courthouse.   Ms Timgar is accused of the attempted murder, kidnapping, and the aggravated assault of Devonoux Asura.   The defendant is represented by Attorney Everett Thane.  The Honorable Anthony Boscorelli is overseeing the case.  According to Prosecutor Cassandra Murphy Mr Asura was found "kidnapped, tortured, and left for dead"  The state called Detective Kayleigh Green and Chief of Police DeSanta before the proceedings were interrupted.  The pregnant Ms Timgar collapsed during Chief DeSanta’s testimony causing a recess until she is fit to continue.  The case is current set to reconvene Monday, January 18 at 10am SLT.  The case is open to the public.
