[Local] Young Heiress Presumed Dead

​The crew of a local fishing boat made a rather disturbing discovery when they pulled up their nets this morning. The body of a young woman identified as Miss Dee Sylver Nightwing was tangled in the net. A wound on her head indicates some kind of impact.
