An unnamed motel owner in a neighboring county was gunned down the morning of July 1st, 2016, in a possible dispute over rental payment. He was found dead in one of his motel rooms with a single shot to the chest. He was taken to the nearest hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The only witness, a housekeeper who worked at the motel stated hearing a single shot coming from one of the upper floors. She did not think much of it until the owner of the motel did not return from an attempt to collect rental payment from one of the tenants who had lived at the motel for over a year.
The room was registered to Kitty Korbin, an exotic dancer at the local gentleman's club, Phoenix Lounge, and is wanted for questioning in regards to the murder. She is described as a white female, brunette, with green eyes, and standing at about 5'5" and weighing about 125lbs. Anyone with information to the whereabouts of Kitty Korbin, is encouraged to contact the local police department immediately, as the woman may be armed and dangerous.
