PRESS RELEASE - DANGEROUS CRIMINAL ON LOOSE
APPD are issuing a island-wide warning to citizens to remain vigilant as an escaped patient from the State Psychiatric Hospital is on the loose in Asphyxiation Point.
Zachary legend, who was recently committed to the State Hospital following violent attacks against local women has apparently killed five members of Staff at the hospital and was believed to be heading back to Asphyxiation Point.
APPD Officers Encountered Legend last night attacking a local woman in an alleyway. He suffered gunshot wounds to the Shoulders and Hip, but managed to flee into the sewers.
Legend is around 6" Tall with a shaved head, scar across his face and an eye missing and replaced by a white ball. He was wearing a dark long hooded jacket with a red symbol on the back. He is considered armed, volatile and extremely dangerous. If encountered or seen, call 911 Immediately.
