The source of the explosions came from a nearby van which had been parked on the street close to the event. It is suspected the bomb was on a timer or remote since no parties were seen fleeing the event. The van itself was blown to shreds and following this loads of ball-bearings, nails, razorblades and Halloween candy were blown as well into the unsuspecting crowd.
Several people were injured including many of the hospital personal such as Dr. Steve Conner, Dr. Carson Capelo and Asuara Oene an EMT on staff at the hospital. Some incoming patients with more serious injuries received immediate surgery. The excellent medical staff at the hospital ironically dressed as superman and wonder woman pulled off some death defying fetes as no deaths were reported as of yet although many remain still in the hospital recovering. There are still many more wounded who are likely to be wandering into the hospital for the next several days if not for physical injury but mental trauma as well.
A new person new to our fair town who goes by the name of Ikki who was covered which scratches and bruises from the blast stated, “I don't know exactly where the blast came from. I couldn't tell. I was knocked to the ground and I blacked out for some time. I saw blood, lots of blood, and people kind of scattered everywhere. I couldn't get my head together enough to help anyone. I feel bad, but I couldn't do it.” Should she be the one feeling the pains of guilt from not helping or does the burden fall on others?
As another event falls to shambles around the people we ask: Where were the police? Where was the security? Why hadn’t this van been checked prior to the event? Police officers were seen at the event but no suspects have been arrested for this terrible crime as of yet.
