A wave of vicious violence and attempted murders in the wake of Hurricane Hayden has the city reeling as much as it did in the storm.
Despite assurances from the APPD that arrests are imminent there seems to be no end to the string of crimes. When questioned if the incidents were somehow related to gang activity an APPD spokesperson simply said that investigations were underway.
