Dec. 4, 2015 -- Sirens shrieked last Thursday as police conducted a surprise raid on the well-known skin inker, "Skin Deep," on at 17 First St. W in Asphyxiation Point.
Police Chief Warwick DeSanta, accompanied by Det. Kayleigh Resident and two other police officers, stormed the establishment at gunpoint at about 1 pm, SLT, and surrounded it, with Officers Vyper and Pravus covering the back door. Using a Search Warrant, they broke in and carefully checked for contraband evidence, according to Chief DeSanta, who told Det. Kayleigh to investigate the suspect, "Yah might wanna go tell him ah our intentions. See if he wants a ring-side seat."
The alleged suspect, Othello Mikhailov, was standing in the parking lot at the motel next door and appeared to be in a state of confusion. When asked for comment, he refused and stood motionless, watching police search what appeared to be his tattoo shop.
At 1:15 p.m. Det. Kayleigh approached him and showed him the Search Warrant. She stated, "Well hello again, just thought I would inform you that we have a warrant to search Skin Deep. We have several officers over there now and are about to go through the place, we have reason to believe the stolen shipment from Sen Corp was moved to your store, you may wish to come over and watch."
Chief DeSanto and his team finished their raid but there were no arrests at the time.
AP Times has discovered that later the same day, Othello Yanovich Mikhailov, owner of Skin Deep Tattoos and Piercings was taken into custody by APPD.
